Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States only.
Delivery Issues
Once an order is marked “delivered” by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages. If you cannot locate your package, please check with your local post office or neighbors.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. If an order is shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we cannot replace or refund the order.
