Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days (not including weekends or holidays). You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

At this time, we currently ship within the United States only.

Once a package is marked “delivered” by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend checking with your local post office or neighbors.

No, not all items are handmade by me. While some of our apparel and accessories are originally designed in-house, other products are carefully sourced from trusted partners who share our commitment to quality and cozy, bookish charm. Each piece is selected with love!

Some collections are limited edition, while others may restock seasonally. Follow us on Instagram and Tik-Tok or join our newsletter for restock updates.

All sales are final. Due to the small-batch nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at rosa@rootedbookloverco.com within 5 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll review the issue and work on a solution right away.
